On Friday, September 17, 2021, in the premises of the Port Authority of Novalja, Marinetek signed the Public Procurement Agreement for the installation of pontoons in the Port of Novalja. As part of the arrangement of this communal part of the port, along the coastal wall will be installed a floating breakwater, and also floating pontoons for mooring vessels which will be formed in three piers with a total length of 270 m with the
corresponding anchoring system of piers and vessels.
Pursuant to the Framework Agreement, the works will be performed in two phases, depending on the dynamics of securing funds, and will be divided into logical units in accordance with the technology of performing the works. The total value of the works will amount to HRK 5.8 million, and the installation of a pontoon in the port of Novalja will be the first step in solving the problem of the lack of communal berths for the needs of their users.
