All Concrete pontoon represents the latest generation of Marinetek concrete floating pontoons. They have been on the market since 2012, and in Croatia we started the production of these pontoons in 2015 for the project of reconstruction of ACI marina Cres. The construction is completed as a Heavy Duty pontoon with all the positive characteristics for mooring standard yachts and boats in marinas and communal harbours. A special solution is a junction box for connection between individual pontoon elements, which is made of reinforced concrete, instead of hot-dip galvanized steel structure. The All Concrete pontoon actually means that there are no more metal parts exposed to corrosion on the concrete surface exposed to the weather.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
These pontoons are slightly narrower than Heavy Duty pontoons, making it easier to transport by land. The two smallest elements of the M2412AC can be completely packed in a standard OT40 ′ container, which significantly reduces handling and transport costs.
