Construction of Marina Drage In late spring 2022, after extensive preparation of project documentation, Marina Draga’s construction works began at the site itself. By the end of the summer, the most important excavations on the shore were completed, and most of the quay wall in the nautical part of the marina was completed. In the first phase of the installation, Marinetek delivered and installed 13 Heavy Duty pontoon elements out of a total of planned 29, with the related mooring fingers, so that the marina slowly begins to take its basic form.
On behalf of the investor, the construction is managed by the company VV Razvoj Projekata, and it is important to note that the investor, in an effort to offer the customers an additional value, has decided to additionally paint the pontoon elements with special polyurethane coatings, which will certainly contribute to a higher quality aesthetic experience of the entire marina. Instead of the fixed breakwater on concrete piles, the investor decided to install a floating breaker solution that Marinetek will safely supply and install until the beginning of the winter period.
