With the sound of ship sirens, the Düsseldorf International Boat Show, better known as Boot Düsseldorf, opened on January 20. More than 1,600 exhibitors from over 50 countries presented the best of the maritime and nautical industry and the best from the world of water sports. Part of the halls was converted into rivers and pools where windsurfers and divers presented themselves, and part became the backdrop for the presentation of superyachts, robust sailboats, and futuristic inflatable boats.
Same as the last year Marinetek Adriatic ahad its exhibition space in Hall 13, together with some of the best world marinas and charter associations.
During the ten days of the fair, we were visited by numerous new and old business partners who listened with interest to the news about our projects and the presentation of the new types of pontoons we produced in 2023.
Ecology and sustainability were the main themes of this year’s Boot, with the most talk being about electric boats and the protection of the seabed. Many marinas in the Mediterranean are starting reconstruction this year, and are searching for the models for renovation that will not destroy the seabed and that will be sustainable in the environment. Marinetek has ideal solutions for such modernizations and extensions, and ways to make marinas sustainable and responsive to requirements and new trends.
