Sports harbor Pješčana uvala is an example of harbor designed exclusively for the mooring of small fishing boats with the average length of 7 to maximum 12 meters, soley owned by the private individuals, members of the sport fishing society. The investor has requested a small functional harbor, customized to the vessels to wich it is intended, with very low maintenance and certainly acceptable budget. The large part of aquatorium is protected by a fixed full breakwater and the bay is quite shallow.

Marinetek has offered a complete construction, transport and installation of two pontoon piers with acces bridges, anchored with chains and concrete blocks and standard quarter mooring. For maximum savings, concrete blocks between piers are used as anchor lines for mooring boats.
