After the realization of the project Porto UŠ last year, where Marinetek Adriatic delivered pontoon piers for the Korčula Port Authority, intended for the local population with a total of 99 berths, successful cooperation continued with the project of contruction of the communal Port of Račišće.
The contract for this project was signed in September this year, and on the first day of December a complete new pier arrived in Račišće, as the art of the first phase of works. The pier made by Marinetek experts has a total length of 48 meters with the capacity to moor about 30 vessels.
As part of the second phase of works, the existing berths will be renovated and a new anchor system will be installed. After the completion of these works, the port Račišće on the island of Korčula will have 74 completely new berths.
