As part of her visit to Dalmatia, the Croatian ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway, mr. sc. Andrea Gustović-Ercegovac visited Marinetek Adriatic, one of the most successful companies in our area, working on a project co-financed by the Kingdom of Norway through the Innovation Norway program.
The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Norway celebrated its 30th anniversary this year and it promotes cooperation between Croatian and Norwegian entrepreneurs in various ways. Ambassador Gustović-Ercegovac expressed her wish to visit successful Croatian companies to see if there is a possibility of stronger connections with Norwegian partners.
Marinetek’s employees introduced the ambassador to our project “ECo marina – Development of innovative blue technologies for marine superstructure“, which is financed by the Innovation Norway fund, as part of which we are successfully developing innovative floating elements. Mrs. Gustović-Ercegovac expressed her satisfaction that we are successfully operating throughout Europe and developing innovative products in cooperation with the Norwegian company Stadt Towing Tank.
She also pointed out that in the latest Innovation Norway package, EUR 110 million was allocated for Croatia, and that Norway will continue to encourage the development of competitive and innovative products that are environmentally friendly.
