With taking over the firm “Brodotrogir” by Kermes Group and businessman Danko Končar, it has started a new phase of development of nautical tourism and nautical activities in general in the area of Trogir. Considering a great potential that area has, they immediately started with the realization of one of the largest and most complex nautical centers on the Adriatic. The main goal of Service Center Trogir is to position itself as a marina of the highest category in the regional offer of premium services by maintaning of all types of vessels while a main vision is to set a new standards by offering a complete service for all types of vessels at the highest level of quality.
With the complexion of the project, Marina Trogir becomes the marina of first category (5 anchors), with berths in the sea and on land, and with the possibility of providing maintenance and servicing of yachts of all sizes. Upon complexion of construction, marina has a total of 256 berths fo vessels from 12 to 25 meters long and 30 berths for large yachts in length from 25 to 120 meters.
In the first phase of development Marina Trogir, Marinetek NCP has installed 6 floating piers with length of 50 to 80 meters. First five piers, starting from east side, are made of 23 Heavy Duty concrete floating elements, and on them is provided berths for 133 vessels under 25 meters. The pier, first to the west side, is derived from breakwater pontoon elements, in order to better protect the waters of marina.

Service cabinets at the piers are manufactured by the company Marex elektrostroj from Zadar, and they all have installed the Smart system control of consumption and billing of water and electricity.
The second phase of construction of marina included the extension of the sixth pier and installation of seventh breakwater pier along which it was installed the anchor system for another 30 large vessels. Besides that, the coastline between new breakwater pier and Cape Čubrijan was also renovated. That area will accomodate 10 yachts with total length up to 60 meters.
